For the strong ones ready to come back to themselves.

You did not lose yourself on purpose.
You wake up exhausted in a way that sleep does not fix.
Your faith feels more like obligation than oxygen right now.
When someone asks what you need, you genuinely do not know.
You have been the strong one so long you forgot you are a person too.
What Reclaim Is
Not a Bible study. Not therapy. A room.
Reclaim is a 10-week group coaching experience built on three things working together: intimacy with God to reestablish who you actually are, the neuroscience of why change feels impossible even when you want it, and practical steps that build new patterns in your actual daily life.
12 people maximum. Live weekly sessions. A community that holds you between sessions. A coach who will not let you stay comfortable when the real work is right in front of you.

How It Works
Three things. Working together.
01
Intimacy with God
Scripture reestablishes who you actually are. Not theology as information. Theology as identity.
02
The Neuroscience
Understanding why the pattern does not change through willpower alone — and what actually creates lasting change.
03
Practical Steps
One real step per week that builds new patterns. Not a long list. One thing — practiced until it becomes who you are.
From Women Who Did the Work.
"What stood out to me about working with Abi is that she sees through what you're trying to hide - even the things you don't fully admit to yourself. There's no pretending in her space. At the same time, you're not judged for it."
- M.A., coaching client
"Working with Abi changed how I relate to myself. She pushes you to go deeper than you think you need to, and that's where the real shift happens. It's not always comfortable, but it's real - and it lasts."
- A.D., coaching client
"Abi is big on intimacy with God, but not in a vague or overly polished way. She pushes you to be honest - about what you're feeling, what you believe, and where you're stuck. That level of honesty changed how I relate to God."
- T.I., coaching client
