For the ones who became the strong one - in their home, their church, their family - and forgot there was a person underneath the role.

The Truth
You set out to show up - for your kids, your spouse, your church, your family. And you did. Faithfully. Consistently. At great personal cost.
Somewhere in all that showing up, you stopped being a person with wants and needs and a calling of your own. You became a function. The strong one. The reliable one. The one who holds it together so everyone else doesn't have to.
That is not a character flaw. That is what happens when a good person gives everything and forgets they are a person too.
Reclaim is how you come back.
"Most programs tell you who to become. Reclaim helps you recover who you already are."
- The Reclaim Promise
Your Coach
In my 40s, I was holding everything together at once - career, ministry, marriage, kids, everyone else's needs, all at the same time. From the outside it looked like strength. From the inside I was disappearing.
I didn't fall apart dramatically. I just quietly broke under the weight of a life built around everyone else's needs. The roles were real. The love was real. But somewhere in all of it, I had stopped being a person and started being a function.
What rebuilt me wasn't a program or a formula. It was getting honest with God about who I actually was underneath all those roles - and letting Him meet me there. That, combined with understanding why my brain kept defaulting to patterns that were keeping me stuck, and taking practical steps forward - that's what changed everything.
In less time than I expected. With more honesty than I was used to. That is exactly what I walk people through now.

The Reclaim Method
Most people in your position have tried prayer alone, or therapy alone, or just pushing through. None of it fully worked - not because those things are wrong, but because lasting change requires all three layers at once.
Scripture doesn't just inspire here - it reestablishes who you actually are underneath everything you've been carrying. This is the foundation. Not theology as information. Theology as identity.
Your brain built those patterns of self-erasure over decades. Understanding why that happened - and how the brain actually rewires - is what makes the change stick instead of fading after week two.
Insight without action is just awareness. Every week you leave with something concrete to do - not a long list, one real step that proves to yourself that something is actually shifting.
The 10-Week Journey
This is where the gap gets named. Most people in Reclaim have a theology they believe in their head and a life that proves they don't believe it in their body. We use Scripture to establish true identity, neuroscience to explain why the old narrative is so sticky, and honest reflection to close the gap between what you profess and how you actually live.
This is the core of the work. Not positive thinking. Not just prayer. The combination of scriptural truth about who you are, neuroscience on how beliefs get encoded and changed, and daily practical micro-steps that build new patterns. This is where clients start making decisions differently - and choosing themselves stops feeling like betrayal.
Clarity without action is just awareness. In the final phase, each person identifies the one decision they have been avoiding and takes a concrete step toward it - grounded in who God says they are, supported by a brain that's actually starting to believe it, and backed by people in the room who have watched them do the work.
"She made a decision she had been avoiding for years. She didn't ask for permission. She didn't apologize. She chose herself - and for the first time, her faith confirmed that choice instead of condemning it."
One client came into Reclaim convinced that wanting something for herself was a betrayal - of her kids, her faith, her family. She had spent so long making herself small that she didn't know what she wanted anymore. Ten weeks later, that changed.
The Investment
Reclaim is a small, intimate group. Limited to 12 people by design - not as a sales tactic, but because the depth of work requires a room where everyone is known.
This is not a course. Not a self-paced program. Not a library of videos you'll watch once and forget. It is 10 weeks of live, guided, supported work - with a coach who has lived what you're carrying and a community of people doing the same work beside you.
At $5,000 this is not an impulse purchase. It is a decision. And it is the right decision if you are finally ready to stop being last on your own list.
Neither. Reclaim is a coaching experience - not a counseling service and not a church program. Scripture is foundational to the work but this is not a study group. If you are dealing with acute mental health needs, therapy is the right fit. If you are stuck, lost, and ready to do the work of coming back to yourself, this is.
Reclaim is built on a faith foundation and Scripture is woven throughout the work. It is designed for people of faith who are wrestling with purpose, identity, and calling. If that describes you, you will find a home here regardless of where you are in your faith journey.
Most coaching addresses behavior. Reclaim addresses identity - which is why it works when other things haven't. If you knew what to do and still couldn't make yourself do it, the problem was never information or motivation. It was the beliefs underneath. That is what the three-pillar approach gets to.
Yes - and also for anyone who has spent years being the strong one in any role. Parents are a core part of this community. So are ministry leaders, caregivers, and anyone whose identity got buried under other people's needs. The pattern is the same. The work is the same. You will find your people here.
Ten weeks of live group coaching, one private 1:1 per month, weekly materials combining Scripture and neuroscience, and a small intimate cohort capped at 12 people. Payment plans are available. The application will give you the details.
If you read this page and something in you said "that's me" - you are ready. Reclaim is not for people who are curious. It is for people who are done. Done performing. Done being last. Done waiting for the right time. If that is you, apply. The conversation will take care of the rest.
You have held it together long enough. You have been faithful, strong, reliable, and last - for long enough. What is waiting for you on the other side of this work is not a new version of you. It is the real one. The one that was always there. The one God made before the roles took over.
