Reclaim Community is operated by Live, Grow, Thrive LLC, Maryland, USA.
Information collected: Contact and profile details, membership and payment records, posts, surveys, support messages, recordings, and platform usage information. Voluntary disclosures may include sensitive information about your faith or health.
How we use it: To deliver services, manage payments, communicate, moderate the community, improve resources, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, we rely on contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or consent, with additional protections for sensitive information.
Recordings: All live teaching and Q&A sessions are recorded. Your name, image, voice, shared screens, and captured chat may appear. Authorized staff and current and future members with library access may view recordings, including after you leave. We provide notices and obtain consent where required. Camera-off participation does not guarantee anonymity. Public promotional use of identifiable contributions requires separate permission.
Member privacy: Profiles and posts may be visible to other members. Sharing othersā€™ private information outside the community without permission is prohibited, but we cannot guarantee membersā€™ compliance.
Service providers: We use Kajabi, Kajabi Payments and its processing partners, and/or Zoom. Providers and authorized staff access information needed for their roles. Disclosures may also occur when legally required or necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
Cookies and tracking: Platforms use cookies and collect technical information.
Retention: We retain teaching recordings, Q&A recordings, and associated chat for as long as Reclaim Community remains operational. Current and future members with library access may view them, including after your membership ends. Cancellation does not automatically delete information or recorded contributions.
Security and international processing: We use reasonable safeguards, but cannot guarantee complete security. Providers may process information abroad.
Your choices: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; necessary service emails may continue. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restrictions; object to processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a privacy authority. Verification and legal exceptions may apply.
Age and updates: Membership is for adults 18+. We update this policy as needed and provide additional notice where required.
